Terms of Service
Welcome to 1v1 Larp (the “Service”), operated by 1v1larp LTD (Ireland), a live one-versus-one webcam game where two players receive a theme, show items to their camera, and an automated AI referee scores the round. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility - 18+ only
The Service involves live, unfiltered video between strangers. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use it. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We will terminate accounts found to belong to minors.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials and all activity under your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or contain offensive, infringing or misleading content. We may reclaim or change usernames that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use & live-video conduct
You agree NOT to display, transmit or share any of the following on camera or anywhere on the Service:
- Nudity, sexual or pornographic content, or any sexual act;
- Any content involving minors;
- Violence, gore, threats, harassment, hate speech or self-harm;
- Illegal goods or activity, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
- Another person’s image without their consent.
The Service uses automated moderation on captured frames. Inappropriate content may end your round, forfeit it, and flag your account. Repeated or severe violations lead to a permanent ban without refund. You may report other players in-app.
4. AI judging - automated & “as is”
Rounds are scored by an automated AI system. To do this, still frames from your camera are sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Google) for evaluation and safety classification (see our Privacy Policy). Scores, verdicts and rankings are generated automatically, are final, and are provided without warranty of accuracy or fairness.
5. Purchases, tiers & coins
The Service may offer paid tiers, coins and other virtual items, sold as one-time purchases (including via crypto payment processors). Virtual items and points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for in-game use only. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change pricing, features or virtual economies at any time.
6. Bans & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for content shown on camera by others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
